This website is an information site only. It does not use contact forms, does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not collect personal data as you browse.

When you contact the practice

If you telephone or email Mr Shareef’s private secretary, the details you provide are used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your care. Please do not include medical details in emails or voicemail messages; the secretary will call you back to discuss your enquiry in confidence.

Your medical records

Records relating to private treatment are held under the arrangements of the treating hospital (Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield). NHS records are held by Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Each organisation publishes its own privacy notice explaining your rights under UK data protection law, including access to your records.
